A letter sent to the World Council of Churches
Attn Kim Dong Sung
WCC.
Dear Sir,
As requested by you I am forwarding my comments on some aspects of the report of CCIA for your consideration.
As a Tamil domiciled in Australia I served the Tamil community by editing the only Tamil community newspaper, UTHAYAM. Dear Mr. Sumanthiran,
I am forwarding just this one last letter to you not because I expect a reply — you dodged me in Melbourne and also dodged my questionnaire sent to you as requested by you – but for two other reasons.
